Kadri Land has worked in the maritime sector for almost 20 years, holding various positions, including that of a Member of the Management Board at Tallink Grupp and Managing Director of Tallink Silja AB. She is a member of Svenskt Sjöfart (Swedish Shipowners Association) and SARF (Swedish Maritime Employers Association). Additionally, she holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board of RMK (State Forest Management Centre) in Estonia.
Vahur Ausmees is the CEO and chairman of the board of TS Shipping OÜ. TS Shipping OÜ is a subsidiary of AS Tallinna Sadam, which offers waterway icebreaking and various other services for the Offshore branch. The company was founded in 2012, when a well-known Baltic Sea multi-purpose vessel Botnica was acquired. Previously, he also worked as an HR director of AS Tallink Grupp and has a long-term experience as a captain on several passenger ferries of Tallink Grupp, including the newest Baltic Sea LNG shuttle My Star.
Peeter Ojasaar (born 1969) has a long experience in maritime industry and is currently holding the positions of Managing Director and Route Director (Estonia-Sweden and Estonia-Finland routes) in DFDS AS Estonian Branch. Previously he has worked in various leading positions in Baltic Scandinavian Lines and in DFDS Seaways OÜ. He started his career in the maritime field in the shipping company Estline.
Guldar Kivro is the Management Board member and Head of Shop Operations department in OÜ TS Laevad, operating ferries between mainland Estonia and the islands of Saaremaa and Hiiumaa. Previously, he has held the positions of Master and Senior Officer on different passenger and cargo vessels on international routes.
Toivo Ninnas (born 1940) is the member of the Supervisory Board of AS Tallink Grupp since 1997. He served as the Chairman of the company`s Supervisory Board from 1997 to 2015. Also served at ESCO (Estonian Shipping Company) 1973 to 1997 on various positions, Director General since 1987. Graduated from the Far Eastern High Engineering Maritime College (FEHEMC), maritime navigation, in 1966.
